Medical Testing Sample Clauses
The Medical Testing clause establishes requirements for individuals to undergo specific health examinations or screenings as a condition of employment, participation, or continued engagement in an activity. Typically, this clause outlines the types of tests required, such as drug screenings or physical exams, and may specify the frequency and procedures for conducting these tests. Medical Testing. The District shall provide, at no cost to the employee, all medical testing and examinations required to maintain employment if the teacher’s personal insurance coverage does not cover such costs.
Medical Testing. New hires shall provide a medical fitness report from their doctor if requested by the Employer. Any additional medicals requested by the Employer shall be paid by the Employer up to fifty dollars ($50.00) per medical if the Employee is charged for the medical report. An Employee shall be given reasonable time during regular working hours to obtain an Employer requested medical test. The Employee shall be on the payroll and paid while obtaining the medical test.

(b) The fact and the results of such medical testing will be confidential in the hands of the Team medical staff, except to the extent that the same is public knowledge or required for legal, medical, administrative or competition purposes in accordance with this agreement.

The University reserves the right to require any officers whom it reasonably believes may pose a risk to themselves or to others, or who may otherwise be unable to perform the essential functions of their position, due to a medical condition or impairment undergo a medical examination by a physician selected by the University. In addition, the University reserves the right to require all of its officers to undergo a medical examination by a physician selected by the University that is narrowly tailored to address specific job-related concerns as part of a department-wide, medical testing program.

Employees may undergo appropriate medical tests as part of a Occupational Health and Safety Policy i.e Hearing, Vision etc. However, should testing for drug and alcohol be requested of an Employee they must agree to submit to random, incident related, or planned drug and alcohol testing at any time as directed by the Company. The Employees agree that an Employee submitting to a drug and alcohol test will take whatever action is necessary to ensure that the medical practitioner or testing facility’s report can be provided to the Company. In that respect, the Employees agree that an Employee submitting to a drug and alcohol test will sign any authority that the medical practitioner or testing facility may require from the Employee, before releasing the information to the Company. At the time of making this Agreement saliva testing is the least invasive form of testing however, if new technologies are developed over the life of the Agreement, they may also be considered under this clause. Other conditions relating to drugs and alcohol can be found in the CCA Drug and Alcohol policy. For clarification around records, please note the "Records" provision at sub-clause 2.2 of this Agreement.

(c) I acknowledge that I may be required to have body composition targets and other physiological discusions to ensure I am in the best possible condition.
Medical Testing. Annual physicals have been eliminated. Effective October 1, 2009, all required medical testing for all positions covered by this MOU will be conducted on site at the Fire Stations as determined by Fire Administration and the City.

(3) If such medical testing is carried out by the Games Organising Committee medical team, CGA will use reasonable endeavours to ensure confidentiality in accordance with clause 12.3 however, I acknowledge that CGA is not in a position to ensure the confidentiality of the fact and results of the medical testing.
