Medical Procedures. 43.1 Except in a medical emergency, the Board shall not require any Member to administer medication, perform any medical/physical procedures or examine students for communicable conditions or diseases. No Member shall be liable if the Member volunteers to assist the Principal/Vice-Principal in a medical emergency.
