Common use of Medical Fund Benefit Clause in Contracts

Medical Fund Benefit. The Company shall pay the Union an amount equal to five and one-half percent (5 ½ %) of each Employee’s total gross earnings as Medical Fund Benefit. The Company shall forward this payment directly to the Union on a weekly basis with a complete remittance breakdown. Medical Fund Benefit is payable for all Employees working in the bargaining unit.
