MEDICAL BENEFITS AND INSURANCE. The City agrees to make available a group health insurance plan in the form of a Health Savings Account (HSA) policy, including a prescription drug program, vision and dental program, to all full-time bargaining unit employees at the same or comparable benefit levels as in effect on 9/1/2010.
