Common use of Medical and Other Inquiries Clause in Contracts

Medical and Other Inquiries. Except to the extent otherwise provided in this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, from and after the Closing Date, Buyer (a) shall be responsible for handling and responding to all customer complaints and inquiries (including medical and non-medical inquiries) related to the Product used, marketed, distributed or sold in the Territory and (b) shall be responsible for all correspondence and communication with physicians and other health care professionals in the Territory relating to the Product.

Medical and Other Inquiries. Except to the extent otherwise provided in this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, from and after the Closing Date, Buyer (a) shall be responsible for handling and responding to all customer complaints and inquiries (including medical and non-medical inquiries) related to the Product or, subject to the AG Agreement, the Authorized Generic Product used, marketed, distributed or sold in the Territory and (b) shall be responsible for all correspondence and communication with physicians and other health care professionals in the Territory relating to the Product or, subject to the AG Agreement, the Authorized Generic Product.
