Medical and Other Inquiries. The Licensee shall be responsible for responding to all medical questions or inquiries from customers or others in the Licensee Territory relating to the Licensed Product sold in Licensee Territory. The Licensee shall keep such records and make such reports as are reasonably necessary to document such communications in compliance with all Applicable Law.
