Common use of Media Interviews Clause in Contracts

Media Interviews. Members are prohibited from granting radio, television, newspaper, tabloid or maga- zine interviews or using public appearances, public engagements, or making any type of statement to the public media to publicize Velovita, its products or their individual Velovita business without express, prior written approval from Velovita which may rea- sonably be withheld by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in its sole discretion. All media contacts and inquiries must be coordinated through Velovita and must contain a complete description of the interview format and venue.
