Media Interviews. Members are prohibited from granting radio, television, newspaper, tabloid or maga- zine interviews or using public appearances, public engagements, or making any type of statement to the public media to publicize Velovita, its products or their individual Velovita business without express, prior written approval from Velovita which may rea- sonably be withheld by Xxxxxxxx in its sole discretion. All media contacts and inquiries must be coordinated through Velovita and must contain a complete description of the interview format and venue.

Media Interviews. During each of Year 1 and Year 2 of the Initial Term, Furnishing Company will cause Talent to participate in four (4) media interviews with Talent approved media outlets for up to ten (10) minutes in duration for each media interview on mutually agreed dates and times via any mutually-agreed remote communication medium by which participants can clearly hear and/or see each other (Skype, Zoom, WebEx, phone etc.) or if mutually-agreed to be in-person (at a mutually- agreed location) or by email. Additionally, during the Initial Term, Furnishing Company agrees to cause Talent to use good faith efforts to give positive mentions and promote the Campaign in his personal publicity in Talent’s reasonable discretion.
