Measuring RDAP parameters. Every 5 minutes, RDAP-RDDS probes will select one IP address from all the public-DNS registered “IP addresses” of the servers of the RDAP-RDDS service of the TLD being monitored and make an “RDAP test”. If an RDAP test result is unanswered, the corresponding RDAP-RDDS service will be considered as unavailable from that Probe until it is time to make a new test.

Every 5 minutes, RDAP-RDDS each of the RDAP testing probes will query the DNS to obtain the IP address(es) of the RDAP Service, select one an IP address from all the public-DNS registered “IP addresses” of the servers of the RDAP-RDDS service of the TLD being monitored (if there is more than one), and make an “RDAP test”” to that IP address. If an “RDAP test test” result is undefined/unanswered, the corresponding RDAP-RDDS service RDAP Service will be considered as unavailable from that Probe probe until it is time to make a new test.
