Measurement of Water Use. Except where otherwise specifically provided, an Authority Charter Customer’s actual water use for billing purposes shall be calculated as follows: (a) Volume of water measured by the meter readings at the Points of Delivery entering an Authority Charter Customer’s service area; (b) Less the volume of water measured by the meter readings at the Points of Connection where water is leaving the AuthorityCharter Customer’s service area and entering the service area of another Authority Customer; (c) Plus the volume of water measured by the meter readings at the Points of Connection where water is entering the AuthorityCharter Customer’s service area from the service area of another Authority Customer; (d) [Deleted by Second Amendment to Contract effective 11/14/07] (e) Plus the volume of water withdrawn from any ▇▇▇▇▇ located within the AuthorityCharter Customer’s service area as measured by the meter readings at the well.
