Each Warrant certified and delivered by the Agent under this Agreement will be deemed to be outstanding until it is cancelled or delivered to the Agent for cancellation, as the case may be, or until the Warrants have been exercised pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, provided that, when a new Warrant Certificate has been issued in substitution for a Warrant Certificate which has been lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, only one of such Warrant Certificates will be counted for the purposes of determining the number of Warrants outstanding.
