Meal Reimbursement Per Diem. 1. A per diem rate of thirteen dollars ($13.00) shall be paid to unit employees described in Section A(1) above who meet one of the following conditions described in “item a” through “item c” below. This per diem payment will be included on the unit employee’s paycheck, subject to IRS deductions.
