Early Call-In. Meal reimbursement shall be provided if an employee is called in early with less than two (2) hours advance notice.
Early Call-In. An employee called in to work before their scheduled starting time or after the termination of their regular shift shall receive overtime pay for such hours actually worked, but no less than three and one half (3 1/2) hours work or pay at time and one half (1 1/2) the straight time hourly rate of pay. This shall not apply to employees who continue on overtime work after the completion of their regular shift. Employees notified before the end of their regular shift to report for work prior to the regular starting time on the following day, shall, likewise, be exempt from the guarantee and shall be paid only for hours actually worked at time and a half. Employees called in and assigned to work in buildings other than their domiciled building may elect to report to and finish work at their domiciled building. The option of where to report and finish is solely the choice of the affected employee.
Early Call-In. If an employee is notified within four (4) hours after completion of his/her shift that he/she is to report for duty prior to his/her next scheduled shift, he/she shall be paid at the appropriate rate for the extra hours worked. If an employee is notified later than four (4) hours after the completion of his/her shift that he/she is to report for duty prior to his/her next scheduled shift, he/she shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay. The employee shall work his/her entire scheduled shift.
Early Call-In. Employees called in before the regular starting time shall be paid at double time rates for time worked prior to their regular starting time.

Overtime will be paid at the appropriate overtime rates for time worked after the adjusted end time of their shift. Employees may only work past the adjusted end time of their shift with their supervisor or branch manager approval. Should an employee be called in prior to 6:00 am to start his/her shift and any time worked before 6:00 am will be paid at applicable overtime rates and his/her regular shift will be deemed to have commenced at 6:00 am.
Early Call-In. (ECI) & Hold-Over (HLD) overtime shall not be combined to 44 cover known full shift overtime opportunities unless the OTL for that bid area 1 has been exhausted. For this provision, known shift overtime opportunities 2 shall include vacation, sick (known to the company twelve (12) hours or more 3 in advance), leaves of absences, OJI, training, etc. 4
Early Call-In. Employees called in before the regular starting time shall be paid an additional ten percent (10%) of his regular rate for all hours worked prior to their starting time.
Early Call-In. (ECI) & Hold-Over (HLD) overtime shall not be combined to cover 34 known full shift overtime opportunities unless the OTL for that desk and then 35 those qualified from other desks who have made themselves available have 36 been exhausted. 37 38 b. Four-hour ECI/HLD may be used for on shift response due to unforeseen 39 circumstances. 40 41 3. Employees can make themselves available for overtime at any time as described 42 below and shall appear on the OTL. When overtime is required, management 43 shall take a time stamped snapshot of the OTL for solicitation and the person 44 lowest in hours on the applicable OTL shall be offered first; with the list continuing 45 to be run in lowest to highest until the overtime need is fulfilled. If additional 1 overtime is required, subsequent snapshots of the OTL shall be utilized. 2
