Common use of Meal Plan Changes Clause in Contracts

Meal Plan Changes. Requests for residential meal plan changes must be made in writing and must be received in HFS within (5) days from the first day of classes of the term to be effective for that term. Requests may be submitted on-line via the Meal Plan Change Form at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/campus-life/food/meal-plans/change- request.html or by email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇.▇▇▇ and must include student name, ID number, current meal plan and desired meal plan. Campus Dining Pass cannot be changed or cancelled on or after the first day of meal service for the term.
