Common use of Maximum Length Clause in Contracts

Maximum Length. ‌ With the exception of military active duty, Peace Corps, and leave granted in accordance with paragraph 11.6 below and Article 3, Section 3.5, a leave of absence without pay may not exceed ninety (90) calendar days, subject to extension on approval of the County Administrator for the Division of Youth Services or the Sheriff.
