Maximum and Minimum Clause Samples
Maximum and Minimum. The hours of work as stated in this Article are not to be construed as a guaranteed minimum of hours to be worked.
Maximum and Minimum. The maximum investment amount per investor in any series is $100,000 (5,000 Shares) and the minimum investment amount per investor in any series is $15,000 (750 Shares) for investors that have not previously invested in offerings via the Masterworks Platform and $500 (25 Class A shares) for investors that have previously invested in other offerings on the Masterworks Platform. We reserve the right to reject any subscription, waive or increase the maximum purchase restriction or waive or decrease the minimum purchase restriction in our sole and absolute discretion and such waiver, increase or reduction shall be evidenced by our acceptance of any such subscription and our countersignature on this Agreement. Accordingly, investors should not assume that the stated minimum investment restriction will be applied uniformly to all investors.

The minimum investment amount per investor is $15,000 (750 Shares), however, we can waive the maximum or minimum purchase restriction on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion and such waiver shall be evidenced by our acceptance of any such subscription and our countersignature on this Agreement.

The hours of work as stated in this Article are not to be construed as a guaranteed minimum of hours to be worked, however, when an employee’s regularly scheduled hours of work for the week are reduced by the Company, the employee will be paid as if they had worked the regular hours scheduled.
Maximum and Minimum. In no event shall the rate agreed to herein exceed the maximum rate or be less than the minimum rate authorized under Northern's FERC Gas Tariff, as amended from time to time. In the event the rate agreed to herein is or becomes greater than the maximum or less than the minimum permitted under Northern's FERC Gas Tariff, as revised from time to time, then Continental agrees to immediately decrease the rate herein down to the maximum or increase the rate(s) herein up to the minimum.
