Maternity Leave and Other Leave Entitlements. (a) Provided the aggregate of any leave, including leave taken under this subclause, does not exceed the period to which the officer is entitled under subclause (3) of this clause, an officer may, in lieu of or in conjunction with maternity leave, take any annual leave or long service leave or any part thereof to which she is then entitled;
