Common use of Maternity Leave and Other Leave Entitlements Clause in Contracts

Maternity Leave and Other Leave Entitlements. (a) Provided the aggregate of any leave, including leave taken under clause 2.1, does not exceed the period to which the employee is entitled under clause 2.1.3, an employee may, in lieu of or in conjunction with maternity leave, take any annual leave or long service leave or any part thereof to which she is entitled.
