Materials to be supplied by contractor. 7.e.1. The Contractor shall procure and provide the whole of the materials required for construction including tools, tackles, construction plant and equipment for the completion and maintenance of the works except the materials viz. steel and cement which may be agreed to be supplied as provided elsewhere in the contract. The contractor shall make arrangement for procuring such materials and for the transport thereof at their own cost and expenses.
