Materials and Services. Subcontractors, special equipment, outside reproduction, data processing, computer services, etc., will be charged at 1.10 times cost. These rates are fixed for the duration of the agreement subject to revision semi-annually. CONSULTANT shall provide, in addition to the Certificates of Insurance, original Endorsement affecting the coverages specified in Section 12 - INSURANCE of the Agreement on the attached form. No substitute form will be accepted.
