Material to be Furnished to Unitholders. Subject to Article 20, the Manager will cause to be furnished to the Unitholders and the Trustee any notice of: (a) any change to the Investment Policy of the Trust; (b) the Manager’s desire to change the Fiscal Year of the Trust; (c) any change in the location of the principal office of the Trust; (d) any change to the Person designated by the Manager as the Registrar and Transfer Agent or Valuation Agent of the Trust; (e) any proposed change to the method of calculation of the Management Fee payable by the Trust; (f) any meeting of the Unitholders of the Trust; (g) the intention by the Manager to terminate and dissolve or reorganize the Trust; and (h) any material amendment to the Trust Agreement governing the Trust, together with a written explanation for the reasons for such amendment.
