Common use of Material Non-Public Information Clause in Contracts

Material Non-Public Information. The Company has not provided to the Purchasers any material non-public information other than information related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all of which information related to the transactions contemplated hereby shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n) hereof. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

Material Non-Public Information. The Company has not provided provided, and will not provide, to the Purchasers any material non-public information other than information related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all of which information related to the transactions contemplated hereby shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n9(m) hereof. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

Material Non-Public Information. The Company has not provided to the Purchasers any material non-public information other than information related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all of which the Transaction Documents. All material non-public information related provided to the transactions contemplated hereby Purchasers shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n7(m) hereof. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

The Company has not provided to the Purchasers any material non-public information other than information related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all of which information related to the transactions contemplated hereby shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n) a Form 8-K the Company shall file within 4 business days hereof. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

All material non-public information related provided to the transactions contemplated hereby Purchaser shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n7(m) hereof. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser Subscriber shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

The Company has not provided to the Purchasers any material non-public information other than information related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all of which information related to the transactions contemplated hereby shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n8(m) hereof. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

Material Non-Public Information. The Company has not provided to the Purchasers any material non-public information other than information related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all of which information related to the transactions contemplated hereby shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n) 11.13 hereof. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing representations in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

The Company has not provided to the Purchasers any material non-public information other than information related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all of which information related to the transactions contemplated hereby shall be disclosed by the Company pursuant to Section 8(n9(m) hereof.
