Common use of Match Terms Clause in Contracts

Match Terms. It is acknowledged and agreed that, with respect to each Included Program where Licensor or Licensee matches other terms (if expressly provided in the applicable provisions of this Agreement), the terms so matched shall be incorporated herein with respect to such Included Program in lieu of the corresponding terms otherwise set forth herein.
