Common use of Marketing Clause in Contracts

Marketing. Any direct advertising, marketing, or offers with Participating Entities must be approved by Sourcewell. Send all approval requests to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract.

Once approved, marketing material can be used by Supplier for engagement with potential or existing Participating Entities.
