Lockboxes. Upon request of the Administrative Agent after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Default, each Grantor shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent irrevocable lockbox agreements in the form provided by or otherwise acceptable to the Administrative Agent, which agreements shall be accompanied by an acknowledgment by the bank where the lockbox is located of the Lien of the Administrative Agent granted hereunder and of irrevocable instructions to wire all amounts collected therein to a special collateral account at the Administrative Agent.
Lockboxes. To the extent items deposited to a Collateral Account have been received in one or more post office lockboxes maintained for Company by Bank (each a “Lockbox”) and processed by Bank for deposit, Company acknowledges that Company has granted Secured Party a security interest in all such items (the “Remittances”). During the term of this Agreement, neither Company nor Servicer will have any right or ability to instruct Bank regarding the receipt, processing or deposit of Remittances, and Secured Party alone will have the right and ability to so instruct Bank. Company, Servicer and Secured Party acknowledge and agree that Bank’s operation of each Lockbox, and the receipt, retrieval, processing and deposit of Remittances, will at all times be governed by Bank’s Master Agreement for Treasury Management Services or other applicable treasury management services agreement, and by Bank’s applicable standard lockbox Service Description.
Lockboxes. A lockbox may be used in connection with the marketing of Property. There have been isolated instances of reported burglaries of homes on which lockboxes have been placed and for which the lockbox has been alleged to have been used to access the home. In order to minimize the risk of misuse of the lockbox, Broker recommends against the use of lockboxes on door handles that can be unscrewed from the outside or on other parts of the home from which the lockbox can be easily removed. Since others will have access to Property, Seller agrees to either remove all valuables, prescription drugs and/or keys, or put them in a secure place.

Upon request of the Collateral Agent after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Default, each Grantor shall execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent irrevocable lockbox agreements in the form provided by or otherwise acceptable to the Collateral Agent, which agreements shall be accompanied by an acknowledgment by the bank where the lockbox is located of the Lien of the Collateral Agent granted hereunder and of irrevocable instructions to wire all amounts collected therein to a special collateral account at the Collateral Agent.
Lockboxes. Owner does hereby authorize Manager to place a lockbox on the Property to be used in connection with the marketing, inspection and leasing of the Property by Manager, Manager’s affiliated licensees, other real estate brokers and their affiliated licensees and others who may need access to the Property. There have been isolated instances of crimes occurring against property and persons where a key from the lockbox was alleged to have been used for a criminal purpose. In order to minimize the risk of such crimes occurring, Owner is encouraged to (a) remove all jewelry, keys, prescription drugs and other valuables or put them in a secure place, (b) not permit lockboxes on door handles that can be unscrewed from the outside or on other parts of the building from which a lockbox can be easily removed, (c) place a separately keyed or internally locking deadbolt lock on the door serviced by lockbox that is locked at all times when the occupant of the Property is present in the Property and (d) take any other measures Owner believes are appropriate to protect Owner’s property and all persons occupying the Property.

To the extent that any Funds to be deposited to the Account have been received in one or more post office lockboxes maintained for Company by Bank (each a “Lockbox”) and have been or will be processed by Bank for deposit to the Account in accordance with the terms of the applicable Account Related Agreement (the “Remittances”), Company acknowledges that Company has granted to Agent a security interest in all Remittances. Company agrees that after Bank receives the Activation Notice, Company will not instruct Bank regarding the receipt, processing or deposit of Remittances nor will it attempt to change or redirect the items deposited in the Lockbox. Company and Agent acknowledge and agree that Bank’s operation of each Lockbox, and the receipt, retrieval, processing and deposit of Remittances, will at all times be governed by Bank’s Account Related Agreements.

Upon the request of the Collateral Agent, subject to the Intercreditor Agreement, each Debtor shall execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent irrevocable lockbox agreements in the form provided by or otherwise acceptable to the Collateral Agent, which agreements shall be accompanied by an acknowledgment by the bank where the lockbox is located of the Lien of the Collateral Agent granted hereunder and of irrevocable instructions to wire all amounts collected therein to a special collateral account at the Collateral Agent.
