Marketing and Promotion Fee. Franchisee agrees to pay to Franchisor or its designee (which may be one or more of Franchisor's affiliates), in addition to Royalties, a Marketing and Promotion fee ("Marketing and Promotion Fee") of one percent (1%) of the total amount of Franchisee's Gross Sales. The Marketing and Promotion Fee shall be in addition to and not in lieu of Franchisee's Local Advertising Fee.
