Manuals/Books. I understand that the above items remain the property of Xxxxxxx and agree to return these items to Xxxxxxx immediately upon demand. If I fail to return any of the above Xxxxxxx property immediately upon demand, or if the returned Xxxxxxx property is damaged, I agree that Xxxxxxx may withhold the fair market value or replacement value for such item(s) from any payments due to me or may seek payment from me for unreturned or damaged Xxxxxxx property.

Manuals/Books. Unless the Lessor otherwise directs, upon return of the Facility, the Lessee shall deliver to the Lessor all logs, books, manuals and data and inspection, modification and overhaul records required to be maintained or maintained with respect to the Facility or otherwise in the Lessee's possession.
