Common use of Manner of Use Clause in Contracts

Manner of Use. Tenant shall not cause or permit the Property to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, which annoys or interferes with the rights of tenants of the Project, or which constitutes a nuisance or waste. Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, required for Tenant's occupancy of the Property and 13 13 shall promptly take all actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Property, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Manner of Use. Tenant shall not cause or permit the Property to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, which annoys or interferes with the rights of tenants of the Project, or which constitutes a nuisance or waste. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.01, Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, required specifically for Tenant's use and occupancy of the Property and 13 13 shall promptly take all actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Property, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, required for Tenant's occupancy of the Property and 13 13 shall promptly take all actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Property, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Section 5.03.

Tenant shall not cause or permit the Property to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, which annoys or interferes the Certificate of Occupancy issued for the Property , nor shall Tenant commit waste with respect to the rights of tenants of the Project, or which constitutes a nuisance or wasteProperty. Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, required for Tenant's occupancy of the Property and 13 13 shall promptly take all substantial and non-substantial actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulationsregulation, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Property, including including, but not limited to, the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Tenant shall not cause or permit the Property to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, which annoys or unreasonably interferes with the rights of other tenants of the Project, or which constitutes a nuisance or wastewaste under applicable law. Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, permits including a Certificate of Occupancy, required for Tenant's ’s occupancy of the Property and 13 13 shall promptly take all actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Property, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
