Manner of Delivery. Any notice required or permitted under this Lease shall be in writing and shall be delivered in at least one of the following ways: (a) personally or by private hand-delivery messenger service; (b) by depositing the same in the United States mail, postage prepaid, registered or certified, return receipt requested; or (c) by depositing such notice, postage prepaid, with Federal Express or another nationally-recognized private overnight delivery service.
