Mandatory Union Dues and Other Deductions. (a) The Employer shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the pay or salary of each Employee in the bargaining unit the amount of the regular monthly or other dues including, but not limited to, initiation fees owing or payable to the Union by a member of the Union, as established by the Union.
