Common use of Mandatory Orientation Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Orientation. Students who miss any part of Orientation or first day(s) of school will be charged a $600 fee to cover the costs associated with rescheduling the various aspects of orientation. The 2020 Orientation Date will be emailed to student and/or agency representation before the scheduled date, but at this time it is expected to be August 12, 2020.
