Common use of Mandatory Low Census Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Low Census. No nurse will be asked to take mandatory low 30 census beyond a cap of one hundred seventy (170) hours in a 31 calendar year or a number of hours per pay period not to exceed one 1 basic workday. It is the responsibility of the nurse to inform the nurse’s 2 manager that the cap on low census has been reached.
