Due to the very technical nature of the roofing and waterproofing industry, our business model can only track and provide installation support on those projects where we ship direct to the project, either through #1 or #2 above. While most of our projects are supplied through our authorized applicator network, we do have a few, very large owner organizations who procure materials for installation through their own consultant/contractor network, foregoing our warranty process, but most entities do not have the internal support staff resources required to successfully implement such a large program. Our system warranties are comprehensive and our technical teams are required to be providedheavily involved in each project; it si this level of technical involvement that allows our systems to achieve their lengthy service lives.
