Mandated Increase in. Physician Payment Rates in 2013. Section 1202 of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Pub. Law 110-152) requires state Medicaid programs to reimburse physicians for primary care services at rates that are no less than what Medicare pays, for services furnished in 2013, with the federal government paying 100 percent of the increase. The entire amount of this increase will be excluded from the budget neutrality test for this demonstration. The specifics of separate reporting of these expenditures will be described in guidance to be issued by CMS at a later date.

  • Wage Increase 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.
