Common use of Manager’s Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, control and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, and management of the Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Gaming Site; and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation to be paid.

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, control and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, and management of the Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Gaming Site; and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation to be paid, except that the Gaming Commission shall have the exclusive right to determine licensing qualifications.

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, control and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, and management of the Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Gaming SiteProperty; and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation compensation to be paid.

Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, hiring, retention, training, control and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Gaming Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, and management of the Gaming Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Gaming Site; and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation to be paidFacility.

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall haveThe Manager, subject to the terms of this AgreementAgreement and consistent with the Enterprise Employee Policies, shall have the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct for the selection, control hiring, control, training, promotion and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, and management of the Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Gaming Site; Employees and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee Enterprise Employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation to be paid.

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, have the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, control and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, operation and management of the Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Property, subject to the provisions of the Tribe’s Gaming Site; and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation to be paidOrdinance.

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, hiring, retention, training, control and discharge of all employees employees, subject to the Authority's issuance or revocation of a Gaming license, performing regular services for the Gaming Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, and management of the Gaming Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Gaming Site; and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation to be paidFacility.

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, control and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, and management of the Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Gaming SiteProperty; and the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified and the appropriate level of Compensation compensation to be paid; provided, however, the Tribal Gaming Authority shall have sole and exclusive control over the licensing of employees or prospective employees of the Enterprise, and the compliance by such employees with the conditions of their license.

Manager’s Responsibility. Manager shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, have the exclusive responsibility and authority to direct the selection, control and discharge of all employees performing regular services for the Enterprise in connection with the maintenance, operation, operation and management of the Enterprise and the Facility and any activity upon the Property, subject to the provisions of the Tribe’s Gaming Site; Ordinance and Tribal Gaming Agency Ordinance, the sole responsibility for determining whether a prospective employee is qualified Compact and the appropriate level Section 4.2.1.h of Compensation to be paidthis Agreement.
