Common use of Management Staff Clause in Contracts

Management Staff. The Management Staff shall be the following four full-time positions that will be solely dedicated to and resident at the Golf Course: the General Manager; Golf Course Superintendent; Golf Professional; and Food Service Manager. CITY shall approve, said approval not to be unreasonably withheld, the Management Staff before hire and shall be informed prior to the termination or transfer of any of the Management Staff.
