Common use of Management and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Customer and/or Enrolled Affiliate may manage account details (e.g., contacts, orders, Licenses, software downloads) on Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Center (“VLSC”) web site (or successor site) at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/servicecenter. Upon the effective date of this Agreement and any Enrollments, the contact(s) identified for this purpose will be provided access to this site and may authorize additional users and contacts.

Upon the effective date of this Agreement Contract and any Affiliate Registration Forms or Enrollments, the contact(s) identified for this purpose will be provided access to this site and may authorize additional users and contacts.
