Common use of Management and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Management and Maintenance. a. Borrower is responsible for all maintenance, repair, and management functions, including without limitation, the following: selection of tenants; recertification of family income and size; evictions; collection of Rents; routine and extraordinary repairs; and replacement of capital items. Borrower shall maintain all Residential Units, common areas and Commercial Space in a safe and sanitary manner in accordance with local health, building, and housing codes and the Management Plan described below.
