MAKING LINE ADVANCES/NOTICE OF BORROWING. Each Advance made hereunder shall be conclusively deemed to have been made at the request of and for the benefit of the Borrower (i) when credited to any deposit account of the Borrower maintained with the Bank or (ii) when paid in accordance with the Borrower's written instructions. Subject to any other requirements set forth in this Agreement, Advances shall be made by the Bank upon telephonic or written notice received from the Borrower in form acceptable to the Bank, which notice shall be received by the Bank at or before 2:00 p.m. (
