Make Recommendations. This task includes recommendations for meeting short- term and long-term needs based on findings of the gap analysis and alternatives evaluation. During the course of developing the One Water Resources Analysis (OWRA), stakeholders participated in five (5) workshops for collaboration during each phase, with the final workshop consisting of a presentation to the community’s elected officials. Stakeholders also met with EPD to discuss the project and preliminary findings and to obtain any available feedback that may impact the OWRA. Additionally, the stakeholders invited input from the Newton County Industrial Development Authority (IDA), who provided a presentation on planned development in Newton County for incorporation into the OWRA. A summary of stakeholder meetings is provided in Table 1 below.
