Majority Shareholder's Call Option Clause Samples
A Majority Shareholder's Call Option clause grants the majority shareholder the right to purchase shares from other shareholders, typically under specified conditions or at certain times. In practice, this clause may outline the process for exercising the option, such as providing notice to minority shareholders and determining the purchase price, often based on a pre-agreed formula or market value. The core function of this clause is to give the majority shareholder flexibility and control over the company's ownership structure, enabling them to consolidate ownership or facilitate strategic decisions when necessary.
