Common use of Major Project Documents Clause in Contracts

Major Project Documents. Borrower shall maintain in full force and effect and perform (subject to Section 5.2.2) its obligations under each Major Project Document other than Major Project Documents that have been terminated (a) by their terms, (b) with Lender’s prior written consent, or (c) where prior to termination of such Major Project Document, Borrower has entered into a replacement contract with a Replacement Obligor replacing such affected Major Project Document at a cost that is consistent with the Project Budget.
