Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.
Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.
Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. Definition of Building Where Lift Required 1.1 A passenger/materials lift shall be provided on a building which shall, when complete, consist of more than six (6) storey levels excluding the roof, parapets and basement levels (if any), but including the ground floor. Commencement of Grid Rate 5.2.1 Number of days to go on grid: A substitute teacher employed for more than four (4) consecutive school days as a replacement for a specific teacher shall be placed on the basic salary schedule on the fifth (5th) consecutive school day according to the substitute teacher's qualifications and experience.
Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.
