Maintenance Schedule. To prepare and issue a detailed general maintenance schedule including required procedures to maintain the Transmission Line in good operating condition in accordance with Section 5.2.6, and comply with such schedule (which may be revised from time to time by Manager to enable Manager to comply with applicable federal, state or local laws, rules, regulations or permits relating to the Project) which general maintenance schedule shall be effective unless disapproved by a Majority in Interest of the Active Partners.
