Maintenance of Unsold Lots and Open Spaces. Subdivider shall maintain all unsold lots and open spaces in a mowable condition. Subdivider agrees to abide by all municipal ordinances pertaining to grass length and weed control. Dirt and debris piles shall not be left on any lot or open space for longer than thirty days. If any such piles are not removed within ten days’ written notice by Municipality, Municipality may remove any such dirt and debris and assess or charge the costs of doing so against Subdivider.

Maintenance of Unsold Lots and Open Spaces. Developer shall maintain all unsold lots and open spaces in a mowable condition. Developer agrees to abide by all Village ordinances pertaining to grass length and weed control. Dirt and debris piles shall not be left on any lot or open space for longer than 30 days. If any such piles are not removed or grass and weeds mowed within ten (10) days of written notice by the Village, Developer gives the Village the right to enter onto said lot to mow any lot and/or remove any such dirt and debris and assess or charge the costs of doing so against Developer.
