MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC. 20. All work shall be performed in a manner that will reasonably provide the least practicable obstruction to all road users, including vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic, and shall conform to the requirements of the Delaware Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), part 6, including revisions up to the date of advertisement for bids.
