Walkways. The Industry, at its expense, shall provide and maintain a clear and safe pathway for Railroad employees along both sides of the Track beyond the clearance point. If walkways are required by statute or regulation, the Industry, at its expense, shall ensure that walkways are built and maintained to conform with such statute or regulation.
Walkways. The sidewalks, roadways, and other public portions in the Project shall be used by the Tenant for the purpose solely of ingress and egress to and from the Premises of the Tenant. Tenant, its employees and agents, shall not loiter in the entrances or corridors, nor in any way obstruct the sidewalks, halls, stairways or elevators, and shall use the same only as a means of ingress and egress for the Premises.

Any temporary impediments to walkways and track drainage encroachments or obstructions allowed during work hours while CP’s flagging service is provided shall be removed before the close of each work day. Walkways with railings shall be constructed by Contractor over open excavations when in close proximity of track, and railings shall not be closer than 8.5 feet horizontally from center line of tangent track or 9.5 feet horizontally from centerline of curved track.
Walkways. All head block ties and adjacent ties should maintain a sufficient quantity of ballast to ensure that they are fully tamped beneath rails and that the switch stand is not left hanging. The ballast section to the outside and ends of the headblock ties must conform to existing standards for the type of track involved, i.e. welded rail or jointed rail. The ballast level in the cribs of the headblock ties and the adjacent ties must not interfere with the safe operation of the switch connecting roads, signal rods, and other parts which operate in the crib space. Sufficient additional walkway stone must be placed to ensure the walkway area around the switch stand is in a safe condition for anyone that must operate the switch.

(2) (5) Street names and signs: Within the DEVELOPMENT all streets shall be named, and manufactured homes numbered in a logical and orderly fashion. Street signs shall be of a color and size contrasting with those on public streets and roadways so that there is no confusion regarding which are private, and which are public streets. These signs and numbers shall be of standard size and placement to facilitate location by emergency vehicles. Street names shall be submitted to the city manager, along with the final plat application, reviewed by the appropriate city staff with respect to street naming procedures set forth within the city's code of ordinances, and approved by the planning and zoning commission and the city council on the final plat for the subdivision. The street names shall be set with final plat approval and shall not be changed on the final plat without city approval. All dwelling unit numbering (i.e., addressing) shall be assigned by the city manager.
Walkways. The surrounding grounds of each Provider owned, leased, or controlled CES Waiver Service residential setting must be maintained in a safe, clean, and manicured condition free of trash and other objects.
