Maintenance of Reporting Status; Supplemental Information. So long as any of the Warrants are outstanding, the Company shall timely file all reports required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act. During such period, the Company shall not terminate its status as an issuer required to file reports under the 1934 Act, even if the 1934 Act or the rules and regulations thereunder would permit such termination. If at any time the Company is not subject to the reporting requirements of Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, the Company will promptly furnish at its expense, upon request, for the benefit of the holders from time to time of Securities, and prospective purchasers of Securities, information satisfying the information requirements of Rule 144 under the 0000 Xxx.
