Foreign Practices. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries nor, to the Company's knowledge, any employee or agent of the Company or any Subsidiary has made any payments of funds of the Company or Subsidiary, or received or retained any funds, in each case in violation of any law, rule or regulation.

Foreign Practices. Neither the Company nor, to the Company's knowledge, any employee or agent of the Company has made any payments of funds of the Company, or received or retained any funds, in each case (x) in violation of any law, rule or regulation or (y) of a character required to be disclosed by the Company' in any of the SEC Reports.

The Company has not otherwise taken any action that could cause the Company to be in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, the regulations thereunder, or any applicable legal requirements of similar effect.
Foreign Practices. Each Party and its representatives and Affiliates shall comply with (i) all applicable laws, rules and regulations of any Competent Authority applicable to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement and (ii) (to the extent applicable to such Party) all laws, rules and regulations dealing with improper or illegal payments, gifts, gratuities or improper influencing of any government action, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ of the United States of America and such provisions under the United Kingdom Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act of 2001, governing corrupt practices, each as may be amended from time to time.

  • Collection Practices The collection practices used by the Servicer with respect to each Mortgage Note and Mortgage have been in all respects legal, proper and prudent in the mortgage servicing business;

  • Credit Reporting For each Mortgage Loan, the Company shall accurately and fully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information on its borrower credit files to each of the following credit repositories: Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc., TransUnion, LLC and Experian Information Solution, Inc. on a monthly basis.
