Common use of Maintenance of Patents or Copyright Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Patents or Copyright. At its own expense, each Assignor shall make timely payment of all post-issuance fees required pursuant to 35 U.S.C. Section 41 to maintain in force its rights under each material Patent or material Copyright, absent prior written consent of the Collateral Agent.
